My monitor was as described and arrived in perfect working condition. It was overly bubble wrapped to prevent any damaging, I really appreciated. They did a great job communicating as well, if well after my order arrived. I will definitely be reordering from them again.

The dock was in the condition was accurate as described in the listing and photos provided. The item was a great value, but I find that is the case with this seller.
