I didn't realize that they were missing arms and a head and that makes them even more perfect. They described them showed a bunch of pictures. That was my mistake. The price was amazing. She sent the one she thought had been listed as the was unaware her item was listed incorrectly. HOWEVER, it was the book I wanted! I sent her a message that I did not require a refund, but she refunded the charge anyway! I am sorry for the confusion and that she didn't get her money but I don't know how to "fix" that.
