No communication - dirty item poorly packaged - would not honor their sale or assist me in any way to make this right. Think twice if you have other options. I have 100% positive and no reason to make any of this up. Buyer refused to return the item and demanded that I file an insurance claim (which is insurance fraud). When asked again to return it they filed an item not received case and then closed it.
