The eBay portion of the shipping was a nightmare, with the package taking 11 days to go from the UPS facility to the post office in the same city. When the item arrived, the outer packaging was destroyed and no longer resembled a box, it looked like random pieces of cardboard had just had just been taped to it to cover the product.
