So I didn't know and reported this one as missing not delivered. When I reached out to them they couldn't just straighten out the problem without being SUMG and CONDESENDING like most Pennsylvanians. As far as the quality of the seeds, there isn't any way to know until the germinate and grow. If the seeds grow then this a Great Value. The seeds Appearance is great. I don't know the Quality or true Condition
