So asked if they could cancel shipment even though it was with fedex already. They were able to cancel the shipment and retrieve the item. They refunded all but shipping cost which is understandable. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Great customer service. Great seller on that aspect. Unfortunately they did report to ebay fraud. But I understand.

The packaging was excellent & impressive it kept my products safe and protected to prevent it from any damages. The items are authentic as described but not happy about the $21.95 shipping cost because even other sellers or third party sellers have been providing the free shipping to their customers.
