When I told her there must be a mistake I received 38 emails in 5 minutes telling me how wrong I was and how I don’t know how to do business. After 5 minutes I had enough. I refunded the buyer in full and told her to keep the cup. I went above and beyond trying to make her happy and she still leaves a negative review. BEWARE Sellers
