The in-store staff are always very well-informed and have supported items after the sale without hesitation.

Description said the monitor was used—yes, it was out of the original box but it was pristine and clearly had never actually been used (original protective film still present on stand and back). Shipping was fast (shipped ground 3 days after purchase and then 5 or 6 days coast to coast) and priced low. Packaging was effective, with lots of bubble wrap.
