Unfortunately, the part did not work, which is understandable with this model of monitor board I was trying to obtain. They issued me a full refund. I will do more business with them in the future If I need any more parts from them. They were understanding and packaged the board safely for travel. Their pricing was perfect, and the item received was as described. The shipping was fast as well!

Even though it did not work as described, seller refunded quickly and relisted it in the condition it was. Honesty and customer service is a strong value to me. After waiting over a week and past the expected arrival date, I contacted the seller to get an ETA. About 12 hours later, no response back but they issued a refund. DONT BUY from this seller. Ebay should flag folks like this who claim they have stock and when an order gets placed, they try and outsource it from someone else. When that falls through, they screw the buyer over. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
