I imagine it was a mishap by the USPS. I contacted the vendor and they were very accommodating. I really wanted the plates, and I requested that. They went to great trouble to get these for me. I am so happy with the way that I was treated, I would easily purchase from them again and again. The dishes were as described, great price and quality. A+ Vendor and great people!

Would highly recommend buying from this seller I had an issue with my address when buying another controller the retro fighters mantis. Fixed the issue, gave me a refund, and relisted the item which I was able to purchase under the correct address. Fast and easy communication if there was a rating above 5 I would give it.
