The price of the product was super reasonable, especially with free shipping. the quality was also just as listed. No tears or nothing. I contacted the seller, and after drying the pages the seller agreed to discount the item. The book was not wrapped with any protection inside the poly mailer and may have contributed to the hole. Seller was prompt with messaging and felt the discount he offered was fair. The original description provided was accurate.
