Sad that I wasn't able to get my item, but I appreciated their clear communication and prompt resolution of the issue (I received a refund). Would purchase from them again if the opportunity arose!

Everything inside a PLASTIC mailer (my preference) 0 chance of being wet or damaged. As described and in impeccable condition. VERY fast shipper!! Had the parts in 3 days. Item was very fairly priced. Paid just under the average.
