Unfortunately, I could not get it to run. When I contacted the seller, they almost immediately provided me with a return label and sent out a replacement saw. I have yet to receive the replacement saw yet, due to arrive on Monday. With their outstanding "after sale" customer service, I have no doubts about this product.

I contacted this seller and received nothing but the best service which is second to none. I stayed in contact with their customer service to get the item shipped back and a replacement on the way. Neotec has great products and even better customer service. I would recommend neotec to anyone thinking about buying one of their saws. THANK YOU NEOTEC!

I thought I would be able to use but I'm getting up in age and even tho it is fairly light, I didn't want to take a chance with it. The seller was most understanding and sent a return label No Problem. I'd definitely do business again. We'll made product, good service.
