Tablet is exactly as stated - W11 runs nicely on it, if a bit slowly (it's an old tablet!). Packaging was bit 'custom' :) but the tablet was certainly well protected. The picture of the broken Kosta Boda Snowball was from a smaller one and didn't match what I sold. She asked for a reduced price, I offered to pay for the return shipping and fully refund her, but she refused and wanted instead to pursue filing a claim with UPS to get some money from them.
