While that was obviously disappointing, I did have a good experience with the seller on returning the item. They were quick to respond to my issue, recognize where the mistake had been made, and created zero hassle for me to return the product. For the situation that we were both presented with, it was appreciated that the seller made it right.

Buyer presented a very reasonable way to rectify the problem, replied with I can't afford to help, blah blah blah! The shipper's packaging was too small for item shipped resulting in the FEDEX package monkeys destroying the fan cooling shroud. Now I'm stuck with an item in need to invest over $200 to make functional.... BEWARE OF THIS SELLER, SELLS DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, CLAIMS THEY WORKED, NO VIDEO PROOF!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!
