In fact, I bought four different items over a few days with these guys and I even had a question on some shipping costs and they got right back to me and explained the situation and they were more than fair. Once I receive the packages, I was so impressed with how they were packaged for delivery. I have marked these guys as a favorite seller for a future business.

Seller packed and shipped immediately (excellently prepared), with above average shipping (not USPS!). Perfect item with all packaging. Used a stock shot of the pen, so the limited edition number shown in photo was NOT what I received (I got # 34 of 100 instead of 5 of 100 as shown) but since that didn’t matter to me in this case it was no problem. But perhaps contact seller before hand for this kind of issue.
