It was shipped Priority Mail, but hadn’t shown up on tracking as having been received by USPS & i contacted the Seller, who got back to me right away & was puzzled as well as why it hadn’t gone out. They refunded my purchase without any problems, but then found the & realised it had never been delivered to USPS, but even after refunding the purchase, they sent it anyway. The tape is mostly in condition as described, but there was some water-damage on the slip that was not listed in the description or that I could see super clearly in the photos.
