  I received the wrong item. I ordered a left side spindle adaptor (left-had threaaded) but I received a right side. When contacting the seller, I was connected to a chat bot that asked a series of questions. I responded to each inquiry and provided everything requested. This communication used up the time window for a return and now the chat bot isn't communicating. Fortunately, the item was very inexpensive, so my loss is mostly inconvenience and grief. I do not recommend this seller.

  Took a while to get but to be fair it was not the seller's fault it was USPS and they're attempt at making the post office more efficient by sending item from one stop to the another then back to the original stop then back to another as I said not the seller's fault USPS
