A "label" was created, but then no movement for two weeks. THANKFULLY EBAY stepped in and refunded my money. Too bad, I really liked and wanted the boots I’d paid for, but unfortunately this site must have been an unreliable source. Not a good way to do business, and the reason for my negative review. DO BETTER !!

Also sellers takes returns within 7 days if boots defective or size does not fit. I will give 5 stars to this seller.
