One of the items was meant to come with a remote control, but didn't, and wasn't mentioned in the description either. What was I meant to do without a remote?!! The other side of the story is I was offered a full refund, which I straight away refused because the item had already arrived, but was given a full refund nonetheless. I have no doubt that the seller is a genuine seller, but curiosity corner has left me "curious".

None of this had anything to do with the seller though. The item was undamaged due to it being well wrapped in bubble roll and was as described condition wise.
