Contacted seller and they said it was done in shipping. Seller sells games, should pack item better if chance of breaking. Showed picture of items in game. I knew it was used and missing raindrops which was ok with me. The picture showed spinner but who knows if they just placed the pieces together like in my picture. Not happy with outcome with seller. The packaging makes it highly unlikely that damage occurred during shipping. The buyer implied that the spinner may have been broken and reassembled just for the photos, which is simply not true. There is also the possibility that the spinner was accidentally broken by the buyer after receiving the item. Would not do business again with this individual.
