Thank you also for suggesting a partial refund as you think the damage occurred in the post. If not for the crack I would say the packaging&postage, we're 5*, but the condition was unfortunately not as described nor was the value. Thank you for responding so positively to my message. I am very disappointed as the item itself is fun & totally charming

I was a little nervous because the notification by Royal mail said it was delivered, but it was being handed over for international shipping to USPS depot. That part wasn't really in the notification for a day or two. But, I received it as described in the post and I'm very happy with my purchase.H&M Home china Teapot blue and white tropical birds parrots palm trees (#167274730383)
