The delivery had a power liftgate (as requested) so no problems placing it in my garage. I had a few questions during the installation process. Katool quickly answered them and their support was great. The lift operation was solid and as advertised. My only criticism is the manual leaves room for improvement. Not ever owning a hydraulic lift, being clueless didn't help.
