I really appreciated how honest and proactive she was! I opted for the partial refund, and the sweater is still beautiful and soft. It was packaged well, too. Shipping was a little slower than expected, but I think that was on USPS, not the seller (who shipped it promptly). Thank you!

Combined shipping on 2 items only saved me $1.22, where other sellers have combined the shipping of 2 sweaters for the price of one.
