Customer damaged goods when opening then changed his mind and said it was damaged in the post, but refused to either submit a claim or provide information for us to do so. To be clear, we do not refund for items damaged by the customer, and we insure against damage in the mail. I have now banned Mr Salter from Mobile from ever shopping with us again.
