A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Lesson learned I hope.

It was a ceramic rabbit and was packed in a bubble wrap envelope and plastic bag.It really could have been put in a box. Luckily, mine arrived in one piece but everyone knows what delivery companies are like.
