It appeared to be in 'as new' condition, even though used. It was sealed in an anti-static bag. Easy install, recovered my storage pool on my Synology NAS. Only a few days in but drive is working as expected. Competitively price, would buy from again. Recommended A+++

One arrived with 1 year and few months power on the other one was 7 years which abit not ideal. However at £10 per tb very happy with the price good value especially for if they last atleast 2 years. Packaging was extremely good happy with that side of it

Drives were from 2015, but in good condition and no physical defects. Good value for money. Only negative is the packaging, if thrown about in delivery it could cause issues. More bubble wrap on all sides would be beneficial.

The seller was extremely helpful in arranging a return at no cost to me and replacement drives were sent out. I’m happy to say the replacement drives arrived and are working perfectly in my NAS. Great value and as described. Thank you.
