Unfortunately, the new in box headset which was an older model that I personally like would not charge. It was brand new, never opened. I contacted the Seller and he immediately refunded the full costs of the item including shipping and taxes. James is a 5 Star Seller. I would not hesitate to do business with him in the future!

I m impressed with the accuracy of the product description and the speed of delivery, but the packaging is so sloppy that it negates that. I can t believe they put plastic and metal products in a bag together. I was very disappointed when I opened it, so I wish they would pay more attention to the packaging.[Additional Note] The seller understood my complaints and dealt with me courteously.
