It was a pretty heavy and awkwardly shaped item so it sadly took some damage in shipping, but seller made it right very quickly and without any hassle. Overall a great experience and a great value. Computers were securely wrapped with bubble wrap, but boxes weren't strong enough and used peanuts instead of extra bubble wrap. The worst thing was that the cartons were too large and thin for so much weight; one was completely ripped open and the slots and frame got bent! most boxes were ripped. However, the computers themselves are exactly as described and look good except for that one that got damaged, and I'm very happy with the price and quality.
