I was allowed to cancel the original order and reorder as required. The item received was a later version of VASF100T, but the included installation paperwork was not up-to-date, and did not mention a a new plastic cover hiding the inner parts. The docs on the Vent Axia website was no better, so it's not the seller's fault. It is not difficult to overcome, but the trapdoors in the cover are not immediately obvious.

The seller stepped but the item was never delivered or returned back, eventually the seller issued a refund. Although in purchase did not conclude the seller is a trust worthy and provided a great customer service through out the process.
