    Ebay had to help me become untangled from this "seller". I never received communication from the Seller, even when I requested a cancellation (based as good reason). Not ONE syllable from the Seller. I didn't receive the item, and I had to wait several days before ebay could step in to help me. I had waited 16 days from the purchase date to be in the window with ebay to request help/a refund. That was handled very quickly, with good, useful communication from someone with ebay.

    Seller sent different product than original product image, size, and description. Product listing was changed after ordering. Contacted seller and was told to keep the item and I would be refunded. I have not been refunded and it's been over a month. I feel scammed. Terrible experience with this seller. AVOID.

    This sink has been discontinued by Kohler which makes finding a replacement extremely hard. My marble countertop is shaped to the rounded profile of this specific sink so I needed to find an exact replacement. I couldn't tell if this color was going to be right. The seller double-checked after I already put in my order and determined the color wasn't the right one for me. The seller graciously allowed me to cancel my order and provided a refund.
