Most postmen try to put the package through the letter box and can get creased even though the envelope contains cardboard. Thank you.

I did get a reply when there was a payment issue. Bought 3 DVD's but no combined shipping, yet items sent in 1 package and the postage was significantly less the shipping cost X 3 that I paid. Granted, I got the items for the prices I offered, but....really? Full cost shipping for 3 items in the same package?
