My item was wrapped extremely well, in bubble wrap, a box that was placed in another box stuffed with paper. The outer box was torn open in several places exposing the paper stuffing inside and the box appeared crushed by heavier boxes. When I contacted the seller and sent photos, they sent me a refund a few hours later. Totally recommend this seller as their customer service was the best.
