I had to put in for a refund after several days, which I got. Recently the seller had some temporary issues a few months ago and was apologetic to buyers under reviews about unfulfilled orders but that seemed to have been resolved in recent months given better reviews so I gave them a chance. Oh well.

I have now had to have eBay step in to refund my money.
