They cannot help an item getting damaged (was packaged just fine!) but they quickly resolved the issue beyond my satisfaction and done so very quickly. A+²

I would buy off this seller with no problems again, great communication ,Thank you!!!

I refused delivery due to visible damage through what was left of the box. The sellers representative was quick to respond to my inquiry and to ship a replacement unit.
