I have not put the Catalytic converter on yet but when i got the converter UPS delivered it but the box was shredded. Catalytic converter was fine still in the plastic sealed but box was toast and the hardware was missing. When i messaged them they responded right away and sent me what was missing real fast. Could not ask for a better seller and the Quality looks real nice . Great value and the BEST communications. 5 star seller for sure i highly recommend .Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Catalytic Converter 2001-2010 - OBD II / EPA Approved (#166942044264)

I tried to still give them my business and ordered everything again on a separate order. Shipped back the entire first order. Then I get the second order and it's missing the rear catalytic converter. This whole thing has just been a joke. Ridiculous their customer service is horrible.
