When the item arrived, it was all in good shape except one of the side end pieces was missing. I contacted the seller, and he apologized and said the box should have been inspected before mailing. The seller was quick to find the end piece and overnighted it to me. I appreciate how he addressed the situation and would buy from them again with that kind of customer service. Love the towel bar. The size of the pendant diameter was not as advertised, but the seller offered a refund. I think it looks great, so I asked if the seller would refund a portion of the original payment and the seller was agreeable and did so. I had it hung by an electrician and it’s beautiful. Good quality and value. I will look for more items sold by this seller.
