Customer service told me I ended up paying him $10 to return the item on top of the $5 to ship it back and that only the seller could refund me due to him withholding funds from the refund. Was rude when I messaged him, only returned $4.99 to me. I sent a full refund. I was not rude in any way. I also have screenshots. I’m not sure what is going on here. This is ridiculous. I refunded the full amount that was allowed. I refunded the $4.99 shipping charge plus the $24.99 blanket charge. In the listing it states buyer has to pay for shipping. Like I said before this was a mistake. I tried to fix it. You got a free blanket!!
