I am no longer tolerating sellers that try to get away with this, and will give negative feedback to people who do it. Show the spine in your photos. Negative feedback will be given if it is sun faded without saying. People care about this, and sellers know it. The seller originally accidentally sent me the sequel to the game I purchased, a reasonable mistake. They then were super responsive, kind, and fair getting me the correct copy shortly after at no extra cost. The product itself was as described in great condition. I’ll definitely go out of my way to shop with them specifically again, even if that next purchase was slightly more costly, worth it for great customer service.
