I’ve contacted them through eBay and called directly multiple times. Someone did help troubleshoot and said the machine needs to be replaced. He connected me with someone else at Ken’s to send me a return shipping label. I’ve called multiple times since and haven’t heard back from anyone

I should also mention that this was thee best price I could find for this item and it appeared to be brand new. Shipping was super fast and packaging was professional. Overall This seller was a dream to buy from— I realized I had accidentally included the wrong shipping address and they helped me correct the issue asap. Would definitely buy from here again, thank you so much!

Despite my best efforts to get it running properly, I wasn't able to. So I went to contact the seller, preparing myself for the worst, but on the contrary I received customer service that was nothing short of the best. (Thanks, Kevin!) I was given a prepaid return label, and a brand new machine that both looked and worked excellent. So if you're looking for the right seller, the folks here are just that.
