I contacted the seller to initiate a return, as the item is listed as returnable within 30 days acknowledging that I would need to cover the cost of the return label. Despite attempts to reach out via direct message and contacting eBay support, the seller has not responded. I'm now stuck with a $24.99 thermostat I can't use. With many reliable sellers on eBay, I recommend avoiding this one
