I contacted the seller right away and they got back to me the next day. They were very understanding and apologized. The seller offered me a refund or they could send me 5 other DVDs. I thanked them and let them know that I appreciated the offers. I asked the seller for a refund. I'd buy from them again and I'd refer my friends to this seller.
