I don’t think it’s a refurb issue but rather design on the white/gray model. Overall it’s the best keyboard I’ve owned and I’ve had a lot of mechanical sets. I also ordered an Mx master mouse, paired through options +, is a killer combo.

It also holds a charge for an amazingly long time and the backlight isnt too bright at all. It looks sleek and was super affordable! Love this keyboard, especially the features like the dictation button!

Its brand new unused condition. Everything works. Love it Also love the magic backlit that lights up when i get my hands closer to the keyboard.

I expected this to arrive in a Manufactures Box and was like Oh oh when I opened up their packaging. But it all worked out in the end. Everything works as it should and was very clean. fast shipping. would buy from seller again

Box was well packed with plenty of proteective material! The speakers themselves are kind of cheapy looking! I don't plan to keep them. Have already bought some others from the same seller, but they do work well enough just not what I was after! Also I'd love to know who decided speakers no longer needed GRILLS? However seller did great this time so five out of five!
