I attempted to contact the seller to resolve, but he was unfortunately very defensive and told me I should have known better. A relatively simple misunderstanding which could have been resolved, but the seller did not seem interested. You ordered a one $4.75 item & then demanded I ship you a second one for free. I was not defensive, I just explained that the set was the individual pieces to construct a single wind turbine. I also never said you should have known better, you are trying to put words in my mouth. I go out of my way to make it right when a customer has a reasonable request, you demanded a 2nd item free out of the gate.

Shipping is way above average orders are correct on time and package correctly to ensure safety.
