Evri was atrocious, no communication at all. Checking on tracking page said it was not going to be delivered for 3rd or was it 4th time, so I went to bed early. Some poor Evri courier delivered it at 9pm on the non-delivery day. Seller communication excellent. Despite Evri's best efforts the shelves (in excellent packaging) were intact on opening.
