    New condition DVD arrived damaged but seller offered a refund to compensate once I contacted them about it. I needed the item for a gift so, I was disappointed with that but all in all, it turned out okay. Seller was easy to communicate with as well, which was really appreciated. Would recommend!

    They arrived well, quickly, and as described. The seller did a great job when USPS claimed to delivery it yesterday but actually delivered today. They went above and beyond to get in touch with USPS to try to figure things out.
