Overall, very pleased with the kit. Parts were a good value. Looked machined well. Just one thing seemed odd, the instructions showed a white plastic washer to be installed on each motor. None were in either kit. After doing some research, figured they were not really necessary, but would be nice to have a note in the instructions that they are not longer needed. The washer is a shim to remove some lateral movement of the gear assembly but is not really necessary. The shim was never included from the factory, and I have rebuilt hundreds of these without it.

They are not "smaller than they appear in the picture", they are the correct size for the gear assembly they are designed to repair. Shipping is actual shipping based on weight and your location. I am not aware of anything cheaper than USPS ground advantage.
