Waterford makes many different sizes of crystal, often described in words (white wine, red wine, cordial, liqueur...) vs size (4", 5.25", 5.5", 5 7/8"...), and we just had an innocent mix-up. Communication was kind and clear, and she made sure I was satisfied.
