I always list any issues with items & I always package every item with the up most care and put fragile labels on everything. I was going to give this customer exactly what they wanted because my top priority is the customer, but they sent me a complete rude and false message trying to blackmail me into giving them a refund claiming that "I intentionally put a tear in it before shipping" & "if I didn't give them money back they would leave a bad review"
