They promptly sent a free replacement. I received a second squished box in the mail. Seriously. Unreal. None of this is the seller's fault. It's all on USPS. They went out of their way to alert the buyer that this was a region 2 video in the ad, and then when it arrived, there was a message attached to the case saying "don't open this if you do not have a player that plays region 2. Contact us if you need a return". Wow. This is integrity. This is true customer service, lacking so often in so many companies. AND I got an email saying if there was problem, call us.
